Mid Century Modern Kitchen
Claremont
Originally the kitchen, dining and living rooms were all separated by walls, creating three small spaces, antithetical to the open spaces of the mid century modern ethos. The original kitchen had been updated in the early 90’s in a style not fit the character of the home. The walls separating the three spaces were removed and an open indoor-outdoor feel introduced with direct access to the backyard and pool as well as visual access to the front enclosed patio. With its dramatic fourteen foot long island with book matched waterfall slabs, matching built in credenza, sleek custom cabinetry and built in appliances this kitchen was built to entertain.
