Post Modern Update

This post-modern home was built over 30 years ago and had not had a major remodel since. The request was to make the sunken living room safer for parties as steps encompassed two sides. While working with the home owners, we reduced the steps down to the living room to two sets four feet wide and replaced the white carpet and black tile with wood flooring throughout the home. We also brought the wall down between the kitchen and dining room opening up the views for this stunning home.
